When it comes to health and fitness, it doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it is something you love and that works well for your unique body type.
I think skin health is important to all women. I know it is extremely important to me. That’s why I do my best to achieve glowing skin from the inside out on a daily basis. Just like we focus on keeping our bodies fit and healthy, we also need to focus on keeping our skin balanced and radiant.
Recently I discovered a special brand of organic tea made in Japan called Nodoka that caught my attention for many reasons. I had the honor of connecting with founder Suil to discuss the product he is proudly making and trying to share with the rest of the world.
December is all about wrapping up work in time for Christmas and New Years and attending various social events and parties. As dynamic and fun as all of this can be, it can also take a toll on our bodies... leaving us feeling depleted and run down. The most notable for me were the summery weather (in October!!!), the charming old towns made up of a maze of little cobblestone streets, the delicious Sicilian food, and most of all the friendly local people with the biggest hearts. Visiting Sicily is like stepping back in time… slower pace of daily life, endless hospitality, traditional values and affordable to visit.
This soup is my favorite weekly go to, especially as the weather cools down as we transition from fall to winter! It is full of fiber, rich in plant and animal protein (from the lentils and bone broth), contains a vast array of health enhancing minerals and a ton of flavor.
The word “Organic” means nothing. “Certified Organic”, on the other hand is regulated by organic certification bodies.
