My Personal Transformation: 2015 - 2016

Wow, I just got back from an amazing trip home to the beautiful land of Australia to visit all my special loved ones. It was just what I needed to start the New Year off on a nourishing note. Part of my self-care regime is to travel regularly and connect with vibrant people who help to fuel my precious life force. Just like good health, quality time connecting with supportive family and friends is an essential part of our overall daily happiness and feeling of life fulfillment. A day at the beach in January on the Victorian Surf Coast or in Sydney is totally awesome, but how much more awesome is it when you have someone you care about to share it with! A "cuppa" tea is just a "cuppa", but it tastes better and is way more enjoyable when you are drinking it while having a meaningful conversation with a friend. 

I truly felt that during this trip, I had come to peace with so much in my life, as if I had connected my past, my present and where I am going in the future all together harmoniously. I cleared my mind of fears and clutter, let go of limiting beliefs and ridged perspectives, addressed my weaknesses, discovered answers to my probing questions, and closed old chapters to allow new ones to begin. The weight of the world had lifted from my shoulders, my soulful transformation from challenges I faced in 2015 going into 2016 as an even stronger young woman was complete, and I was so proud that I had done the “work” required to come out on the other side, reborn – revitalized – and ready to rock whatever comes next!
